A. As used herein, the "Company" is defined to include OLS Oconee Luxury Services LP, Moree's Landing, and all other known, or unknown, affiliates, associates, companies, employees, contractors, sub-contractors, whether known or unknown that are may have an interest in the Property being leased to "Guest.”

B. "I", "Me", and "My" is defined to include the "Guest" signing and agreeing to this Electronic Liability Release Waiver.

C. A "Visitor" is someone a "Guest" invites on the Campgrounds. A "Visitor" includes 1. Any "Guest" with minor children who are too young to sign for themselves. 2. A "Visitor" dropping by for a short time. 3. Any child or additional "Visitor" that a "Visitor" brings with them.

D. Campground and Camper. "Campground" is the Real Property on which the Camper sits upon and all areas surrounding the Camper, and includes any land that I may visit while leasing the property, whether such property is owned or not owned by the Company. "Camper" is the 34' Travel Trailer & White Metal Awning Covering the Travel Trailer, including both the interior & exterior of the premises.

1. I, have had the opportunity to see the online video & pictures of the overall condition of the Campground and Camper, and accept them as-is, where-is, with no further warranty or guaranty as to their condition.

2. I, except for intentional acts or gross negligence by the Company, hereby release and forever discharge the Company for any claim, loss, injury, damage or expense (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees), either with respect to person or property, sustained by the Guest or Visitor, resulting from use of the facilities, the condition or operation of any equipment or appliances used in the Campground or Camper, or any acts of negligence or the negligence of any employees, staff, invitees or any person on the premises. I acknowledges and agree that I expressly release the Company and its owners, staff, and volunteers from any and all demands, claims and causes of actions arising as expressly set out herein.

3. I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, staff, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, costs, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees) or any action arising out of any accident or other occurrence that causes injury and/or damage to any person or property and/ or occurring in, upon or about the Campground due directly or indirectly to my use of the premises.

4. Without limiting any of the forgoing, I release the Company from any claims that may arise as a result of dogs, or other animals, that may come on, or around the Campground, that may cause injury and/or death to myself, Visitors, or Children. Also, I agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its owners, staff, and volunteers from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, losses, costs, damages and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees) or any action arising out of any accident or other occurrence that causes injury and/or damage to any person or property and/ or occurring in, upon or about the premises due directly or indirectly to animals that I bring into the Campground.

5. Without limiting any of the forgoing, I release the Company from any claims that may arise as a result of any water related incidents, including but not limited to, fishing, swimming, boating, & other activities that Guest or Visitors may undertake and could cause injury and/or death of any Guest, Visitors, or Children.

6. The Company is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

7. Without limiting any of the forgoing, I release the Company from any claims that may arise as a result of any fire pit use, gas stove cooking use, charcoal grill cooking use, or other cooking methods, if such activity results in injury and/or death of any Guest, Visitors, or Children.

8. I will be courteous to all other campers who may be present at the Campground. For example, the Sound-bar and speaker system connected to the TV can be heard through all doors and walls inside other Campers 50 Feet away, so my use should not unreasonably disturb other campers. Use wooded area for dog "walking" and pick-up after your animals in regular walking areas.

9. I am responsible for the actions of all Visitors who do not execute this form and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to advise all visitors of the terms and conditions of this agreement and their use of the Campground and Camper.

10. So long as there is no damage to the lease premises or claim by the Company against the Security Deposit collected, the Company will return my Security Deposit within 48 Hours; however, it may take my bank up to 14 days to fully process my refund back into my account.
